College/University
I graduated from Gettysburg College, majoring in Math and Business with a minor in Accounting.
Was there a point when you knew Billing and Revenue Assurance was for you?
What's interesting about people in Billing or Revenue Assurance is that they are often people who you can't pin a label on. As for me, I wasn't a finance person. I wasn't a network person either. Lots of "special projects" were thrown at me in my career. Eventually I understood that my key skill sets were being a good project manager and process person. And those skill sets nicely translate across the business.
What would you be doing if you weren't involved in Billing or Revenue Assurance?
I've always been fascinated with Human Resources ERISA law, which is all about employee benefits. Because I enjoy research, figuring things out, and debating my case, I think I could have made a good lawyer.
Hobbies
I love my garden and I also enjoy personal travel.
Favorite Communications Device
Verizon Wireless, of course. I use a Blackberry for my work email and a personal LG phone for voice and text. My 19 year old son and I are constantly texting each other.
